Whilst the hotel is very well located in South Kensington, near to tubes, cafes and museums the standard of the room was very poor. I was in a very small single room in the basement, with shabby decoration, no outlook and a leaking shower. Whilst the entrance to the hotel is very pleasant and the staff were friendly anf helpful, further refurbishment is needed before I would consider staying here again! |

Excellent location just behind the main street and great that there was parking. The breakfast was very good particularly impressed as I am vegetarian so it was nice to be able to have my diet catered for within the hot breakfast selections. The single room was very small and I would not recommend booking this size room. Overall though enjoyable stay. |
