Magic Landings Gated CommunityNew luxury villas situated on the brand new development of Magic Landings. It is ideally located for quick access to all the attractions Orlando has to offer via the Florida Turnpike, so there is no need to get stuck in traffic.
The 4 bed 3 bath Villas is fully air-conditioned with all the facilities you would expect on such a prestigious development, including cable TVs in all bedrooms, superior quality furniture and kitchen facilities.
Facilities
The villa is brand new and is located in Magic Landings gated community,the villa completion was in April 2007 so be the first to enjoy!! Situated on a large plot & at the end of a cul da sac backing onto the woodlands. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 2 Master suites both with en suite bathrooms & separate walk-in wardrobes, 2 twins with a family bathroom. two ensuite bedrooms have satellite TV's. Bed linen & towels are provided for your use. A fully fitted & equipped kitchen including: cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, & dishwasher. A separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer & Iron. All cutlery, crockery, glassware & cooking utensils are provided. The villa has a 48' LCD Television, DVD, cable tv, so you can tune into Premiership games even whilst on holiday and a games room with pool table and foosball. A large Lanai area with heated swimming pool & spa with funky LED lighting making a special effect at night, just what's needed after a hectic day at the Disney

The Villa was initially hard to find (more detailed directions and landmarks would help) but is situated on a pleasant gated estate. It is worth noting that the directions on the web site are from Orlando International airport NOT Sandford airport (where we landed). The villa was built a few months ago and there were a few teething problems eg phone not working, spa, pool and air conditioning working intermittently. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. The size of the rooms and quality of furnishings is excellent and the drive to disney was only approx 20 mins.
