I had specifically asked for twin beds which the hotel knew I wanted. When we first went to the room there was a double bed which they told us they would change. When we got back after midnight they had not changed the beds, and it was too late to get someone to change them. Consequently neither of us slept very well and do not think the hotel is particularly well run. |

The hotel itself was ideally placed for visiting all the sights in Paris with the nearest metro being a mere 5 mins walk. From what we saw of the staff they were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms themselves were somewhat of a disappointment in comparison to those shown on the website. There is no doubt at one time the rooms were of a very good standard however they are in need of decorating to keep them clean and fresh. I would suggest where possible you get a front facing room as the back ones are dark with not a very nice outlook. The breakfast was also disappointing as there was hardly anything to eat and it wasn't restocked. |

Excellent location. Very clean. In a lovely little street that has food/clothing shops. 5mins from the (Plce de) Madeliene Metro. Breakfast was standard cereals/pastries/meats. |

The hotel is very pleasant and strategically positioned. I found the hotel very clean. It's maybe a little expensive but more or less enters into the average price for that category...although for a 4* hotel I would expect more service..valet for luggage to rooms, valet to help with taxi etc. |

I went with my girlfriend and we had a very nice time. We were looking for hotels in central Paris and the prices were too high. We finally found Le Vignon for a reasonable price for that area and were really happy with the hotel. The room was nice - the only (small) thing is that even though my girlfriend expressly requested a double bed we had two single beds put together. Our cleaner was fantastic and would even arrange our shoes and clothes :-) The cleaning service was really good. The breakfast was not so pompous but an amazing thing is that we could order breakfast at the room up to mid-day as we were having late nights and didn't want to wake up early. No extra charge for that. Fantastic. Staff was really friendly. Definitely recommend. |
