Marvellous setting right on the harbour and good rooms with excellent food and beer.Friendly attentive staff and space outside for the car.One of the few i have stayed at on my travels that actually does let you access a good majority of Sky television.
Just one drawback and its more of a touristy thing but they should make a bit more of an effort to promote Culzean Castle that sits right on the cliff edge just down the road i never got to visit but it still looks a stunniong sight from a distance perched right on the cliff edge-theres also the Electric Brae which you pass signs for on the way into Dunure,i was told later in the day in Stranraer that everybody like me says the same thing what is it ??????.
All in all a good place to stay and explore or just get away from it all in nice surroundings and pleasant people,i will stay again sometime.
