This is a very nice clean appartment quite close to centre of Liverpool in an upmarket development . We stayed for 3 nights, Thur - Sat. Advertised as quiet residential area however did not turn out to be the case. An all night party in the flat directly above us on the Friday evening through Sat morning really spoiled our stay. There was another party in the opposite block on the Sat night. Not recommended at weekends, maybe better through the week.

We went to Liverpool for a weekend and was exceptionally pleased with the City Quay Apartment. The furnishings were first class with excellent kitchen facilities - just like home from home. The position of the apartment was excellent - only a short distance from the city centre. It certainly added to the enjoyment of the weekend. Would not hesitate to return.
