The apartment is about 4.5 miles to Liverpool and Everton football Clubs you can catch a bus outside the apartment direct to Liverpool football ground as well as being less than 5 miles from the famous Aintree racecourse, on a major bus route into the city centre buses are about every 5 minutes, there is also a taxi rank 100 yards away, the apartment is close to the Royal hospital and women’s hospital and an ideal base for doctors and hospital staff. Also very close to Liverpool university and not far from the student accommodation and an ideal base for the mums and dads visiting the kids at uni for the weekend.
THE APARTMENT: Situated on the fifth floor of 5 and accessed by an elevator it gives some views across the city and backs into a park. You will receive a residential car park pass on arrival free of charge. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and is comprised of a new kitchen and bathroom with everything you will need for your visit.
