I arrived in Prague to spend 2 days experiencing the city. My luggage was lost in transit and I arrived with no warm clothes. Radka, the hotel manager, gave me a ski jacket to use during my stay, which she didn't have to do and I would have been lost without it. She was very helpful and her English was also excellent. My room was very clean and warm. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city stay. |

I thoroughly recommend this hotel, as one of a group we found the apartment very spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. They didn't speak much English but enough to understand; they spoke more English than I do Czech. The staff were very discreet, slipping into the room and giving it a good clean without us seeing them. The location is great, well serviced by the great Prague public transport system. The area is not central which is great if like me you prefer to relax in an area with a few well priced bars rather than drink till you bleed in an overpriced tourist/stag bar. There is a good worker's cafe down the road serving Czech food to the masses. At either end of the street are two of Prague's best parks. Go there on a budget with friends, perhaps not if you are of the monied type seeking to impress your high-maintenance girlfriend with plush settings. |

Lovely apartment and very big, more like a palace than a apartment. Didn't expect the rooms to be so huge and the location was situated close by to the main town. Would definetly book this apartment again. Reasonable price for stay and very clean. |
