On arrival the room smelt very strongly of smoke which was surprising, but as I arrived late I put up with it, the next day i noticed the sheet on the bed was stained, the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower curtain was dirty, as I was only staying for business i didnt complain, but had I been on holiday I would have. |

THe hotel was clearly better than many others in the area. It was clean and tidy the water was hot and the food was great. Would happily stay there again and especially for the price. |

Hotel was within easy walking distance of Blackpool centre for shopping and Tower - but not noisy or rough! The hotel provided off-road parking. We were made to feel welcome and there was a homely atmosphere. |

The hotel is in a decent place for the nightlife. We arrived late and had to park in a car park quite a way away from the hotel. The directions to the hotel were pants. Next time I go up to Blackpool I'll be looking for a different hotel. |
