Very nice manager and kitchen staff. Pornoshops nearby. Parking of car not easy , got a scratch. Much traffic noise in evenings from street (trams, cars and from small bodegas). |

everything about this hotel is recommended, the only downside is the poor reception service. When I turned up at the hotel, the lazy receptionist wouldn't even acknowledge I had a reservation for the first ten minutes, despite me getting confirmation from laterooms ,and seperate confirmation from their reservations department. When he did eventually check, then he saw that I had a reservation, this despite me e-mailing them to confirm that I was doing a late check-in.If you ignore the poor service from reception this hotel is highly recommended. |

The hotel is a distance from where it shows on the map on the website. Still near rto the center but quite misleading. |

Went with a party of 13 lads. Booked 3 rooms of 3 and 2 twin rooms. The hotel arranged transport from the airport at a cost of £60, which I'm told was value for money, and they were waiting for us as promised. On arrival to the hotel I was informed "there is a probelm with the booking". The night porter didn't really know what had happened but instead of 2 twin rooms we a one with four beds. I don't have any complaints about the rooms themselves, they were clean, had a TV and internet service. The area around the hotel isn't really family orientated ie there's a few sex shop's and 'late clubs' but as I was on a stag do no one seemed to mind!! |
