Nice Hotel in a good position in the Town centre, unfortunately, we could not stay for dinner, as the Menu looked interesting, however, we did stay for breakfast which was very good, with lots of choice |

We stayed here whilst attending a weekend event at the NEC. As there was a wedding party taking place when we arrived, we were upgraded to another room, away from any possible noise, without asking! The hotel was excellent value for money. The restaurant provided a good varied menu and the portions were extremely generous. We will happily stay here again when in the area. Very pleased with the overall experience. |

Very disappointing meal and also felt misled by pricing policy on B&B with evening meal. I booked in advance and paid more than if I had just turned up and booked food in the bar area. Staff dismissive at check out when I raised this. Will avoid in future |
