Family run licenced hotel 350 metres from torquay seafront, 150 metres to Riviera Conference Centre, and a short stroll to town centre with bars,restaurants and theatre. Well stocked Licenced Bar. All rooms ensuite with TV tea and coffee making facilities, some rooms with DVD Players & Trouser Press. Family rooms with video players, travel cot & bed guards available on request. Evening meals available on request. Our aim is to make your your stay as comfortable as possible. Packed lunches or early breakfast are no trouble for those who like to explore some of the many local attractions. We also offer a complimentary collect and delivery service from the local train and coach stations. We are also able to offer 2 for 1 offers for green fees on many local golf courses. Check-in is between 2.00pm & 7.30pm unless arranged directly with the hotel.

Friendly service and fantastic value makes this Hotel a great place to stay. Highly recommend for families and couples. Rooms clean, immaculate ensuite facility. Excellent walking location to the town of Torquay. Was made to feel welcome from day one and nothing was too much of a problem for the owners. Would definately book this hotel again.

The hotel itself is very easy to find, the food was lovely, very nicely cooked breakfasts, with a good choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book here again the next time we visit Torquay.

Great value for money at a busy time of year - August! Lovely breakfasts to set you up for the day. Ideal location for local attractions (pitch +putt!!) Highly recommend for no frills accommodation.
