BB Happy Venice

A very nice, veryvery clean B & B
Wa enjoyed our stay.
The location is very good situated on canal, an historic house, but the interior is modern.
To the vaporetto station 200 m (Station S. Toma), to the Rialto Brigde 500m, the location is very good situated.
The rooms are big (about 18 m²), a nice room to take the breakfast is available too. In the kitchen are all machines you need. The badroom is very clean.
I we go once more to Venice, i am sure we will book this hotel.

Lovely location- really easy to get to main places of interest, good restaurants in locality, great view over the canal.
The idea of sharing an appartement with people you don't know a little odd at first - don't have same element of privacy perhaps as in a hotel, but we soon got used to it and it all worked out well. Bed lovely and comfy - litttle noisy at night although shutters did help to limit noise - and it's not often you get to listen to boats going past your bedroom window- so there was some novelty value.

you basically stay n someone else's apartment. The owner is being praised all over this page but we found her a bit nosy. Fr instance, we wanted breakfast in our room, at the window overlooking the canal. As breakfast is self service, we did not feel obliged to sit in her murky living room with her and the otehr guests. She reacted a bit funny, pointing at her own table, sayoing that's where we better sit.
Anyway. In general it was fine. All spotless, rooms nicely decorated, great location. The shared bathroom was a drag at times, and would whoever stole our almond paste from the fridge please make him/herself known?

A fantastic B&B, it was spotless and very comfortable. The position was perfect, not too central for any late night noise but close enough to walk to the vapretta's and the Rialto bridge. The owner Gina was a wonderful lady and although she was unable to speak English she made us feel very welcome. I would definately stay here again and will recommend it to all my friends!
