Don't confuse it with the Intercontinental chain of hotels; nothing in common.
There is some on-site parking, but only for a handful of cars. When I checked in, I gave my car registration number. I was not told about the £15 car park charge until I checked out. I challenged this, because I had not been told about it before. The manager blankly repeated herself that the charge is 'hotel policy'.

Firstly the hotel isn't at Heathrow it is in Hounslow this is very misleading.
Upon arrival the reception staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
We parked our car in the hotel car park at an additional cost of £15 only to be blocked in when we tried to leave in the morning. The receptionist was not helpful in resolving this matter.
Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!

We were very impressed with the hotel and its staff. We would return and have already recommended it to others.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful and I am sure if they maintain these standards and their competitve price they will be very successful.

Crazy parking situation (be careful!). Good location for local town and station. Didn't change towels in room but was compensated so can't complain really.

Only 1 lift that doesn't work properly. poor shower. Great facilities for gym and beauty. Good TV choices - usual norm is only very few - here you have full Freeview choice. Overall not bad, but expensive at £85 for small room with no breakfast
