I couldn't fault my stay in the apartments as I thought it was extremely clean with lots of facilities - microwave, dishwasher, and also had toilet roll and towels which I didn't think a self - catering apartment would have. |

Great location - friendly customer service - great location - my only issues would be that they didn't instruct us as to where to leave the keys on checking out of the apartment, so we had to leave them with the cleaners, and that we were unable to contact anyone on a Sunday. |

This was a fantastic apartment! It easily slept 5 big lads on a weekend in Bristol. Spacious, great balcony and views. Good location - a nice 10-15 stroll to Whiteladies Rd. - ideal as a base for enjoying the delights of the city. Service, instructions and arrangements were first rate - absolutely no problems and would thoroughly recommend. The only possible gripe would be the early check out time (10am) - although the nice cleaners gave us an extra 90mins grace to get our heads together after a big night out! |
