A very modern hotel, good for young people or those who want to stay for a few days. Very noisy at night, but great location.

Really enjoyed our two-night stay and would definitely stay again. Very clean accommodation, helpful staff, great town-centre location. Only one slight disappointment, the lack of car parking space. Managed to acquire an outside, rear space on the Friday night but had to park on the street some 200m away on the Saturday. Would be helpful if you could reserve a space and would be prepared to pay extra for that service.

Breakfast was chaotic. No cutlery, cups or plates to use. Very little food available. Had to wait for more food and cutlery etc to be brought out. Not in keeping with the "boutique" nature and pricing of the hotel and its rooms, which were very good.

paying for the location really..... But is clean and comfortable. Wouldn't be bringing nearest and dearest for a romantic weekend, but perfect for trips to races
