We had a brilliant stay up until the morning we checked out. We went down to the car park after checking out, only to find our car had been broken into and everything had been stolen. The hotel knew the previous night but did not inform us-they'd forgotten to ask for our car details! The staff were helpful and tried to help us get things sorted. However, it turned out that there had been a lot of break-ins in the hotel car park, yet there were no warnings given out to customers there. We contacted head office to put a complaint in but their reaction was that it wasn't really their fault and would do nothing to help us. Once again, we pointed out that there should be something solid put into place if there had been a spate of burglaries on their premises-CCTV that wasn't being watched while the crime was taking place is as much use as a chocolae fireguard! Unfortunately, their complete lack of helpfulness or respect for their customers has put us off ever returning to one of their hotels. |

The noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in, poor ventillation system meant doors banged all night and the wedding guests let their kids run riot and there was no control from the hotel management. They obviously did not value the other guests. |
