The hotel has excellent facilities and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable.
The restaraunt served a very good evening meal but I am afraid the breakfast was cold and under cooked.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
The room was decorated modernly, and we had a nice view from our window, but there was a high pitched whirring noise coming from the bathroom, which continued throughout the night, so we didnt get much sleep due to this. As we had been out with friends we didnt arrive back until 1am, so it was too late to move rooms, hence us having to put up with the noise.
I did tell the receptionist when we were leaving and she said she would get some one to look into it. If we had have been staying for more than 1 night, i would have definately insisted on changing our room. There is a Starbucks within the hotel which i thought was great though.
Plenty of parking and a mile from the city centre, so all in all good hotel.

We had a brilliant stay up until the morning we checked out. We went down to the car park after checking out, only to find our car had been broken into and everything had been stolen. The hotel knew the previous night but did not inform us-they'd forgotten to ask for our car details! The staff were helpful and tried to help us get things sorted. However, it turned out that there had been a lot of break-ins in the hotel car park, yet there were no warnings given out to customers there. We contacted head office to put a complaint in but their reaction was that it wasn't really their fault and would do nothing to help us. Once again, we pointed out that there should be something solid put into place if there had been a spate of burglaries on their premises-CCTV that wasn't being watched while the crime was taking place is as much use as a chocolae fireguard! Unfortunately, their complete lack of helpfulness or respect for their customers has put us off ever returning to one of their hotels.

The noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in, poor ventillation system meant doors banged all night and the wedding guests let their kids run riot and there was no control from the hotel management. They obviously did not value the other guests.
