Terms and Conditions<br />A valid credit/debit card is required to complete your reservation. (If booked through Laterooms this will already have been provided)<br />Vehicles and personal possessions are left on the site at the owners risk.<br />All bookings will be charged to the card provided at the time of the booking.<br />3% surcharge on all credit and visa cards. (inc. cancellations)<br />Our cancellation policy is as follows:-<br />Cancellation outside 7 Days will be refunded minus 10% admin charge.<br />Parties are strictly forbidden. Any that take place will be stopped immediately and the guests asked to leave without refund.<br />Additional cleaning costs will be implemented on apartments left in anunsatisfactory condition (£35)<br />Any damage or missing items will be paid for by the guest who originally booked the apartment. <br />Any lost or non returned keys will be charged £90.<br />CityServe Apartments bare no responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items during a stay.<br />Neither will we be held responsible for any personal accident or injury incurred during a stay at one of our apartments.<br />CityServe apartments may cancel your booking at any time or offer an alternative CityServe apartment (if available) We will not be responsible for finding alternative accomadation outside of this.<br />Any complaints must be made within 24hrs of departure.<br />
