The room was above a courtyard with the kitchen staff entrance to one side. The staff were noisy in the early morning causing disturbance. The shower temperature control did not work propoerly and so I had a cold one in the morning. The sink was not in the bathroom but next to the bed. Altogether a forgettable experience but at least it was cheap.

Poor all round - the room was small and very threadbare and "tatty", the shower dirty. The room had been recently "painted" but paint was slapped on and badly done. The wash basin was in bedroom, toilet and shower separate. Wash basin plug had been torn from its base. Bedside light had to be manoevered sideways to give a reasonable form of illumination to read in bed and thin walls meant you could hear the yawns of and conversations of other guests. Mercifully the bed was comfortable and linen clean.
Receptionist in the morning was very helpful and pleasant - raised my spirits somewhat!
