El Porton Apartments are located high up in Calahonda and have stunning views of the Mediterranean and Gibralter. All the apartments have been recently refurbished and have a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and microwave, 2 bathrooms (in the 2 & 3 bed apartments) and terrace overlooking the central swimming pool.
Guests are also able to use the facilities at Club Marbella which is a short drive down the hill. You will also check in at the 24 hour reception at Club Marbella for El Porton Apartments. The facilities at Club Marbella include:
Large heated swimming pool, pool bar (summer only), Cafe Marbella bar & restaurant, evening entertainment, kids club (5-12 yrs), mini market, games room with 3 pool tables, leisure centre and spa with large indoor pool and fitness area.

From Malaga airport: Upon exiting the airport, follow signs for 'Malaga/Cadiz'. After the 1st roundabout keep to your right & follow signs to Torremolinos/Cadiz & join A7 (formerly known as the N-340) highway. Keep in the inside lane for just 2km, don't take the first exit but once you see a blue sign over this inside lane for 'Benalmadena/Algeciras (E-15/A-7) exit the highway and join the motorway. Bypass Torremolinos & Benalmadena & follow signs for Fuengirola/Algeciras' and after just over 14.5kms you will see an illuminated sign indicating the E-15/AP-7 - Marbella/Algeciras to the left & the A-7 Fuengirola/Algeciras' to your right. Take the A-7 to your right & bypass Fuengirola. Approximately 12kms beyond Fuengirola, you will pass the 'Miraflores' complex, a petrol station and the 'El Zoco' Shopping Centre on your right. Take the next exit signposted 'Sitio de Calahonda' at the roundabout, go up 'Avenida de Espana' up the hill & continue for approximately 800 mtrs. At the top of the hill, turn right into 'Calle Monte Paraiso' and you will see Club Marbella on your right hand side with car parking on your left - this is where you need to check-in. After check-in, carry on up Calle Monte Paraiso for approx. 5kms where you will find El Porton on your right hand side at the top of the hill.

We love the place, really good for families with small kids and older kids, the pool is lovely and the apartments are well maintained. If you have kids who cant swim just yet then go for a floo two or three apartment. If you are all confident around the pool then go for a ground floor apartment, there great. We found ourselves around the pool on our own quite often, the place is really great. We have been there for the last three years.

Really nice place to go and relax, well off the beaten track and very peacefull, the pool is lovely. love the place and will go back again and again
