We were given room #7 - which I do not know for sure but could have been the smallest room. We could not shut the bedroom window. The toilet had a saniflow which was very noisy and the shower pump too was very loud. Owners were on holiday at the time of our stay. Apart from the room stay was pleasureable and maybe would consider staying again but not in same room. Our friends were in a different room and enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep!! |

Leatham Park is a small, comfortable and friendly hotel located one block off the central promenade, making it a lot more peaceful than those on the prom itself. The Pleasure Beach, piers, tower, Winter Gardens, shopping district, football ground and stations are all within a 20 minute walk in various directions. An ideal location and excellent value. |

Really friendly staff and the room was very good for what we paid. Parking would have been a problem had we not have been lucky enough to find someone leaving as we pulled up in the car. Only few minutes walk to the promenade. Enjoyed stay and would definately stay again. |
