Great hotel rooms with fantastic views. Very good breakfast. The parking was a problem having to leave the car in the main car park £9 for 24 hours. There us a very good bus service from near the hotel to the car park every 15 minutes only £1. |

Very friendly staff, wonderful view across the river, great breakfast and excellent location. However from the pictures on the website I was expecting modernised accommodation, in reality our room was very basic, shabby and in need of redecoration. This was a real shame as Fowey is a lovely place but we felt slightly disappointed against website expectations. Note that parking is impossible in Fowey and you will spend money on the car parks on the outskirts, this is not particular to this hotel and there is a bus that does a circuit every 15 minutes. |

Cannot park car near, best car park is 0.5 miles away cost for 18:00 to 09:00 is £2, no change or card faclities. Can only stop to drop off or pick up bags at hotel. Breakfast 09:00 to 09:30 normally, staff arrive 08:30. so I went to another local hotel for Breakfast. The hotel is at the bottom of a steep hill and very narrow road, to get to it by car you have to pass the shops, not good at normal opening times. It over looks the water. Lots of places nearby to eat in the evening. Paying by Card has to be done though the restaurant down stairs, but bill is produced at bar upstairs (they only have one card terminal) |
