From the M90 take junction 3 (signposted Dunfermline). At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A907. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Halbeath Road past Lauder College to your left. At the Lynebank Roundabout take the 1st exit. From the M9 junction 7 join the M876 following signs for Kincardine Bridge. From the A985 follow signs for Kirkcaldy, Forth Road Bridge & Dunfermline. Follow signs for Dunfermline onto the A994. Go onto the A907 for Halbeath. At the Lynbank Roundabout take the 3rd exit.

Efficient and friendly staff. While the breakfasts are standard in the Express by Holiday Inn, this one benefited from attentive staff

Very basic small room which could sleep up to four apparently (using the sofa bed). It would have been very cramped as there was only just enough room for the two of us
Fine for an overnight base but I would not stay here if you are planning spending any time in the hotel.

I have b=never stayed in a holiday Inn Express before. It was very welcoming and the dtaff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovley and the checking in/out process was painless and very effecient. All in all, we were very impressed indeed with everything about the hotel and would certainly consider staying in this and/or similar hotels in this chain again.

Great rooms, clean and easy to reach location from motorway - 24 hr ASDA opposite too in case you've forgotten anything! Breakfast was great with loads of choices and the free family ticket to Sea World was a bonus - saved us nearly £40!!
