Directions to hotel were very out-of-date, 'Red Cow roundabout' is now traffic lights and a building sight. Took several attempts and a lot of stress before we were able to get to the hotel, even once we had worked out where we needed to be. It should be obvious to the hotel staff that with all the work going on getting to the hotal would be difficult for those who were not familiar with the area and therefore updated directions should have been sent out as a matter of course. |

The Hotel is a bit out of the main part of Dublin but we were on a motorbike and found it easy to navigate are way. The hotel kindly found us secure parking for the bike at the back of the hotel behind shuttered doors, this was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive and I loved the power shower. The room was brilliant , it didn't have a view , but it was so comfortable and clean with lots of extras(safe, hairdryer, iron and iron board) it didn't matter |
