Apart from its convenient location and low tariff, I was less than impressed with this hotel. The clearly visible parts of the room and bathroom were clean enough, but there were tea/coffee stains on the wall. The air conditioning units of the adjacent building kept me awake for a while before I fell asleep, and the one in the room didn't respond to the remote control. Breakfast was meagre but okay. If you're only after a bed on a fly-by stop, then this hotel may be good enough. Otherwise, stay clear.

I did not think it was appropiate that my company spent £380 on rooms, then myself and my students were asked to pay £1.30 (per item) for the hotel to store our bags for 2 hours, after we checked out. NB We checked out at 7.45 am so didn't have breakfast either. I think breakfast should begin at 7.30.

The shower in my room, 403, was a bit weird. The water pressure would drop very low so that no water was coming out at all. Plus, the hot water was gone in about 5 minutes. The time of morning didn't seem to matter.

Travelled with partner and 7 yr old daughter to see show and see the sights for a few days. Chose this hotel mainly as it was cheap and close to attractions we wanted to see.
Located in Bayswater, which is a fantastic area, loads of good restaurants and excellent tube connections (highly recommend the area).
Hotel was located in a tiny doorway beside the Bella Italia restaurant (restaurant recommended). We presumed as we were in a party of 3 that we would get the triple room we requested, but we were all cramped into a little shoe box of a room up 8 flights of stairs with the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. YES, 8 flights of stairs as there is no lift. I dreaded going out cos I knew I would have to come back up them each time lol.
Room was clean but tiny. One double bed for 3 and no triple rooms left that day but I was promised one the next morning. First night (and every night) all we heard was a very very loud generator humming all night out the window which meant very little sleep.
Next day I asked could we move to the triple room we had requested and was told it was gone! The girl on reception was very unhelpful and not very friendly.
Breakfast was basic but ok consisting off hot croisants, toast, juice, cereal, tea/coffee.
Overall our trip was fantastic as we didnt let it ruin the few days we were there, BUT I would def not recommend this place to anyone and def not families, way too much hassle, not worth the money.

I felt that this hotel should have been listed as a Hostel and not a Hotel but it suited my purpose of not having to get home after a night out in London. Single room was small but shower was hot. Only one flat pillow which was a bit disappointing.
