The room we had to check into was situated right next to the main reception and was on the main route to the rest of the rooms which was extremely noisy. We ordered two meals. One I was informed was ok, The second meal which I had was not what the menu had said it would be, apparently the chef had forgot to include the sauce. We were offered a replacement meal but it was too late for us to eat together. |

We travel extensively in the UK and find the staff at the Beansheaf the best we have ever found. Nothing was to much trouble. Our Bedroom was comfortable though the noise from adjacent rooms was a little intrusive as acoustic insulation seems not to have been incorporated into the design. We would have liked breakfast and would have been happy to have paid £5.00 each for a limited menu. Given though that we normally only eat a bowl of cereal we thought £10.00 each was a little excessive. Maybe there should be a two tier pricing arrangement. Will most certainly return. |
