We booked this hotel as we required a hotel near the ferry for a family holiday to france, unfortunately the car park was very small and overcrowded and to avoid getting trapped in the car park we had to park about half a mile away in an ncp car park. The room was basic and the beds and facilities poor. Really really disappointed and won't use late rooms again. |

The hotel was fine but it was very mediocre. There were very few facilities and it smelt of smoke when you arrived. It also looked a little shabby and offered the bare minimum. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be faulted. |

We stayed over easter weekend and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The only major downside for us was that the guests in the room next to ours were smoking and we could smell it in our room aswell - not nice when your trying to sleep or waking up first thing in the morning. My boyfriend also found that his feet didnt fit on the bed if he was laid out straight (he is 6ft'2). On the whole though, the hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and even managed to book us a table for tea at a v.v.busy restaurant on our last night as we had had no joy. The breakfast was good and there was plenty fo choice. The hotel is located well, 10 minute walk maxiumum to the beach and pier and was pretty easy to find. We would consider staying here again if we could be reassured that all the rooms were no smoking. |
