The view from the room was spectacular which I believe that was what we were paying for. however my mother in law had a single room and when she arrived her towels were wet and the bath panel was hanging off it was also up some very steep stairs. I asked for her to be moved which was done but it cost £15 pounds more - no real apology was given for the state of her previous room |
