Quite disappointed. Apart from the bar area, the decor was dated, dirty and there seemed to be a stale smell up the staircase. |

the hotel advertises cabaret and bar but we never saw cabaret on. The hotel as well was mostly without staff, the bar was shut down. We had no hot water one tea time i went to tell them there was no one there , they left a notice wih a number but when i rang this number it was not in srvice. I feel that there should always be somebody in the hotel at all times in case they are needed or there is a fire. I was very disappointed there was no cabaret on and that the bar was shut most nights. When the staff were there they were excellent just not there enough! |

Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Bedroom no bigger than a shoe box, heating on full blast all night and never any management around to speak to. Had to queue up like school children for breakfast. Didnt even have breakfast on second morning because we hadnt slept all night with the heat! Manageress promised to ring me and write a letter of apology but stll waiting. Also in my mothers room, she came back one day to find they had been in and moved a cupboard with al her belongings still in it! |
