On arrival we were told that the room had no natural light which was alarming as my wife is claustrophobic. No alternative was offered. We were woken in the early hours by what sounded like staff talking/shouting/crying. This went on for most of the rest of the night. |

I was going to book the basic room they offered €48 and then realised it had a shared bathroom so I opted to pay more for a double en-suite. Then when I arrive I was told a better room was available for €10 (which I would have been offered if I went for the original cheap option so it cost me more booking a better room first!) So I asked to see the room i had booked first and it was like a box tiny dark with hundreds of doors and cupboards inside! I opted for the upgrade pushing the cost to €78 a night. The first room was spacious with a weird mix of furniture but that’s not a major issue, the window was open and there were 5 or 6 flies buzzing in the room and one squashed on the wall and one on the ceiling so I asked to change because you could not be expected to sleep with flies in your room! They allowed us to change straight away. The next room was the same size but no flies! |

Rooms very small. Do not bother upgrading to Jacuzzi room as even smaller than standard room and bath not that great. |
