Had to prop open window with Yellow Pages because it was broken and room was very hot. Shower very weak, but otherwise fine for a 1 night stay. |

I gave the customer service a high score as when i arrived parking seemed a nitemare, but there was one space that the concerige lady helped me navigate my car (in the rain) into the one tight space that was left. At the heathlands you get what you pay for. i was on a stag do, wanted a decent/clean bed, hot shower and somewhere to hang my clothes. i got all this. if you want a luxurious hotel then its not for you. The whole place is old, needs a complete re-furb, and is back in the 80's, but it was ideally located near to everything and it had a decent bar too which i was in most of the time. The hotel and bournemouth as a whole is in very much need of some investment. Was probably a beautiful place back when i was born in 1977. - Great weekend though!! |
