The room was very good (Room 5), although we were disappointed that the room didn't have a shower though. Room was very large with king size bed and a bed settee. There was also a table and 2 chairs. Tons of space. Where the hotel falls down is in the reception area, as this was in a bad state of repair. The bar area is also a bit in need of sprucing up, and at times the staff weren't the most prompt at cleaning the tables. The chap with the S.African accent who greeted us and served us breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. Also drinks were a bit pricey. Good value for money, as the room was well worth it. The bar we knew about anyway from previous visits, so all in all we would certainly return here. |

The hotel itself and the location of the hotel are excellent. Only downside is not having a proper shower. I have stayed at the hotel before as this was my only grievance then. Booked a standard room and we were given an executive room - which was nice. Staff are all friendly. Will definitely be back |

The fee of £120 for an 'Executive' room was most certainly over the top. Its the only Executive room I have ever stayed in without a proper shower. The staff were friendly enough but it was overpriced for the room. |
