My husband and I had a lovely post-Tatton Flower Show night at this hotel while my parents had our children. It is a lovely hotel with excellent service and food. Our laterooms deal for a standard room with dinner in the Brasserie and full breakfast included made it good value for money, the food was excellent and the Brasserie had a good atmosphere and good service. Our Standard Room was very generous in size and well equipped which more than made up for the lack of view (our room looked over the central roofed part of the hotel) which really didn't bother us anyway as being a city hotel this also meant no street noise. One tip though if you are coming to the hotel by car is to get clear instructions from the hotel or a detailed map from the internet beforehand to either find your way to the front of the hotel for valet parking or into the NCP car park behind the hotel/shopping centre (24hr parking is included & accessible from the hotel at level 2a) as we didn't find it at first and are usually very capable of finding all manner of places. We certainly plan to stay at the hotel again. |

A great hotel, worth every penny. Staff attentive without being oppresive. It is the place we choose when we want to spoil ourselves. In the centre of Chester, a beautifull small city, where you can walk everywhere and it has an atmosphere of its own. I would recommend paying the extra for dinner as it is superb and excellent value. |

The directions to the hotel main entrance were spot on but don't try and find the car park, use the valet parking. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, poilte and very helpful. The location is central to shops, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Despite this, we did'nt hear any noise from our hotel room. This was a supprise break for my wife and she loved it. It was our first visit to Chester and we will return, absolutley stunning! GET IT BOOKED YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! |
