The newly opened BullRing housing over 200 stores, including Selfridges and Debenhams, is only a minutes walk from the Hotel. Take M6 to J6 to Birmingham City Centre. Follow A38 to City Centre, over flyover and through two tunnels onto Suffolk Street Queensway.(After 2nd tunnel get into left hand lane.) At Holloway Circus Queensway island (recognisable by grey chinese statue in centre) turn left onto Smallbrook Queensway. Turn left at traffic lights onto Hill Street and first right onto Station Street. The Comfort Inn is along this street on the right.

Great city centre location. Clean room with plenty of tea and coffee. Fire alarm went off causing confusion as it was a false alarm set off by steam. One of the windows were cracked and there was no view at all to speak of which is to be expected in such a central location. Overall quite pleasant and would stay there again, good value for money.

Extremely good value on a late room price deal - right next to China Town and the Bull Ring shopping centre

hotel breakfast was expensive and not particularly good quality. However, service was good and all other aspects o the hotel good at the price charged.

It couldn't be more convenient for the station and therefore train - plane links.
