This hotel was booked initially as part of a corporate team building weekend. Due to last minute work commitments the dates needed to be changed. A refund was refused to be given; the cancellation was no longer than 2 hours after the initial booking so I am sure the hotel would not have lost any potential business as a result although as a result they will not be receiving our custom again in the future |

Lovely family run operation in Northleach. Clean facilities, ample parking, accommodating staff, delicious food. We had a lovey breakfast awaiting us each morning with cheery smiles. Polite and cheery greetings every time we walked into the hotel. I give this one a "must stay" if you are looking for a good location with a good value in the Cotswolds. |

Have just got back from a totally relaxng break in the Cotswolds at this superb hotel. The family were more than helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and had many little extras including an iron/ironing board, full size hairdryer etc. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent and the evening menu had plenty of choice for a small hotel. We were made to feel extremely welcome and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to future guests. I will definitely be returning to this hotel soon. |
