The location of the hotel was great as we did not want the hassle of city hustle & bustle. The 20 minute train ride into Dublin was very relaxing & convenient to get around. The hotel facilities were good & our room was very spacious, comfortable & quiet. Value for money would expect this hotel to be a 4 star rating or price p.n less (compared to other cities) but would say that the restaurant lets them down as the staff & service was dissapointing. Overall was very happy with Deer Park. |

The breakfast was cold except for the eggs which were freshly cooked. The room was quite worn with a rattling door. I looked in the cupboards in the room and found two bananas, several empty water bottles and packets that had contained golf balls. The leisure facilities were very good and made it worthwile. |
