This is really a converted townhouse with non-resident management rather than a conventonal hotel. It is essential to advise your arrival time in advance to ensure admission. I was not told of this requirement by Late rooms.com or management and it was a big hassle! |

The hotel was easy to find and very clean and nice! The room had all the services what were advertised. Owner was also very friendly and helpful. The only thing to complain was breakfast - really pure, mainly bread and that also very little. |

Fab place to stay! 10 minute walk from Termini Station and 20 minute walk to the main sites. Very clean with a lovely breakfast. We had the garden room which had a small patio with chairs and a swinging chair. We would leave a bottle of wine (brought from supermarket around the corner) in the fridge and would drink it swinging on the chair when we got back in. The Roman restaurant that they suggested was very good and inexpensive. |

This is an excellent place to stay in central Rome. The hotel is situated near the Termini Station (circa 10-15 minute walk). The area is fine, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and a little supermarket. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. It had a balcony which was perfect for sitting outside for glass of wine on a summers evening. Traveling around Rome from the hotel was easy, you can either walk or use public transport. The walk to the Colosseum was straight forward and took about 20 minutes or so. |
