is situated in the heart of Rome, in Via Cattaneo, only threehundred meters from the Termini Railway station. This area is full with tourist facilities there are bars (to enjoy your breakfast) everywhere, restaurants, internetcafe's, laundrettes. You can find inside the Termini station a newly-built mall, called "Forum", that offers shops of every kind. You find your supermarket there, banks, convenience stores, but also shops like Sergio Tacchini or Armani. Due to it's vicinity to the Termini station, Bed and Breakfast incanto Romano is connected extremely well with the centre of Rome. Most tourist sites only a short walk away, while the central bus station of Rome is located right in front of the Termini, as well as the underground (Metro).

    Hotel was OK - not really a hotel, rather "rooms to let" - you can hardly find the place - and it really is like an appartment where the rooms are let. that is why you need to make an appointment to enter the firsttime (the owner called us for that)
    Owner not very friendly - quite rough...
    But the rooms are ok: clean, bathroom quite new. Only real negative aspect: you cannot store your luggage there! So you have to go to the Termini station, wherethere are often LONG waiting times (we waited 1 hour) - and paid 11 € per piece! for storage of 7 hours... So that made the room 22 € more expensive in the end.
    For the rest: location is good, not too noisy - central

    Room was excellent, breakfast was basic but all you needed to get you through to lunch, all attractions within easy walking distance no need to use public transport, owner was very polite and friendly.

    The only negative thing is the the map on laterooms.com is completely wrong! We wandered around the area indicated on the map for over 2 hours and could not find it. Eventually we went back to termimi and caught a taxi to the road. I tried to tell the lady at the b&b that the map is wrong but she did not believe me.
    Apart from that, it was great. Great location and price. The room was clean.
