Before leaving I asked for further advice as to the value of signing up to the dinners club for myself given that I would only likely eat in the restaurant on overnight stays and would potentially be in reciept of a discount on the full cost Your receptionist agreed to further clarify with the duty manager and let me know I have recieved no information which is disapointing I advised previosly of the need to provide a stool in the bathroom for your less able gusts in my case walking difficulty this does not seem to have been considered or indeed progressed these stools are available in a folding design from house of bath |

Given we only paid £59 per night B&B this wasn't a bad deal, however had we paid more than this I think we would have been disappointed. The room we were allocated was fine, although a number of lightbulbs were not working when we arrived. We complained to reception and were offered a different room but chose to stay in our current room as long as the bulbs could be changed. Unfortunately by the time we left (2 days later) no-one had been to change the bulbs!! |

Have stayed here a number of times on Spa Packages. With the exception of one unfortunate incident regarding the bill (billed for items not taken) I would reccomend this hotel as the spa treatments, rooms quality and food is excellent and outstanding value for the packages they offer. |
