We booked this hotel after looking at several others and after reading the reviews, the staff were helpful and friendly without exception, the hotel feels like a country home very cosy and confortable with lots of nice personal touches which sets it apart from the big chain hotels. The location is excellant with the theatres,Covent Gardens,British Museum and Oxford and Bond Street |

The hotel was gorgeous. It was my mums 50th so they upgraded us to one of the best rooms for no extra cost. The staff are all very helpful and with the price of the hotel we got two tickets to go on the london eye!! I would definitely stay here again if I was going to london. |

This is a gorgeous hotel, right across the street from the British Museum. The full English breakfast is excellent, complete with scrambled eggs, baked beans, hash browns, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, cheese, yogurts, fresh fruit, bacon, etc. |
