We came with 2 children and it was nice that the sofa bed was made out before we arrived, but there were still only 2 towels available instead of 4. Also, we wanted to attend a certain church in the morning, but needed the address. There was no Yellow Pages available, so we had to pay £4 to use the Internet just to get the address of the church.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was comfortable and ideally located for access to the Portway Park & Ride system for Bristol situated just off junction 18. For business travel it is excellent value for money.

We had a superb nights stay thoroughly enjoyed by all, especially the kids.
