We came with 2 children and it was nice that the sofa bed was made out before we arrived, but there were still only 2 towels available instead of 4. Also, we wanted to attend a certain church in the morning, but needed the address. There was no Yellow Pages available, so we had to pay £4 to use the Internet just to get the address of the church. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was comfortable and ideally located for access to the Portway Park & Ride system for Bristol situated just off junction 18. For business travel it is excellent value for money. |
