nice hotel, in the centre of nightlife. although very disapointing service from reception, claiming i hadnt paid my hotel bill, when after 30 mins arguing with staff they discovered that there was someone else with the same surname as me. but very disapointing to be accused of lying then getting a half arsed apology at the end. TOTAL SHAM on receception. |

right in the heart of the action - broad street is not for the faint hearted!!!!!!!! please do not judge birmingham on broad street. the arcadian is a great area & less hectic than broad street, as is the custard factory. |
