Arrived late and ordered room service. While the food was delivered promptly I think the guy who delivered it must have been juggling with the tray as a lot of the wine was sloshing in the tray and not in the glass.
Room not serviced properly, poor attention to detail.

The hotel is in need of renovation. I waited an hour for an iron, the explanation was that the key to the cupboard had been lost. Different room rates are offered depending upon who you speak to. My room rate was incorrectly booked. The food is incredibly expensive.
