As there is no parking at the Hotel you have to use a public carpark which is frre from 6PM until 8AM - but you then have to get up early and go and put a meter ticket on - perhaps the hotel could make arrangements to either do this for you, or to come to an arrangement with the local authority. |

The room was airy, bright and has a nice seaview, the design was generic but pleasant. The bathroom was clean and new as they'd just refurbished it. Bed was comfy, we slept very well, and sheets were very clean. All staff are friendly and made us feel really welcome. The bus stop is on the opposite street (maybe 10 secs walk away) and the location couldn't be any better as it is right on the high street. The bar menu is pretty good with variety of pub food choices and specials, the restaurant was big and have a section of comfy couch seatings as well. Oh, the breakfast is very good, they have the standard huge english breakfast and also smoked salmon, poached eggs etc. We are very pleased with the Fountain inn and would highly recommend anyone to stay there! |
