This 63 bedroom hotel could not be more conveniently located -- for holidaymakers who require a comfortable base to explore this part of the West Country, or business guests who are looking for an ideal conference hotel. We are ideally positioned to accommodate your recreational needs -- located just 2 miles South from the end of the M5 motorway, ideally positioned for the city of Exeter with its shops and ancient cathedral. Exeter airport is also within easy reach, as are so many of the beautiful South coast resorts and the majestic splendour of the Dartmoor National Park. Local beaches are only 20 minutes drive. The resorts of Torquay, Babbacombe and Dawlish are easy to reach, and there is Buckfastleigh Abbey, The Dart Valley Railway, leafy lanes and quaint little villages. Plus of course, a full range of sporting activities on land, sea and air.

Follow the road until you see a sign marked Kennford and Services, take this turning and we are situated on the left hand side. If you miss the above turning, there is a shell petrol station a few yards aheah and our driveway is opposite.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute so we were apprehensive as to the quality. I needn't have worried though. The hotel was very clean and good value for money. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. Would definately go back.

This place is more a restaurant than a hotel. Bedroom and bathroom were dirty with hairs and general debris. Ugh. Shower was useless with minimal flow and poor temperature stability. TV didn't work. Room furnishings were old and worn. I was not sure what else was sharing my bed! Arrived late and tired so didn't feel like finding somewhere else. Couldn't wait to leave!

The female staff in the hotel bar were very freindly plus Raj was a excellent waitier and did his best to accomodate his customers. We requested an alarm call but this did not happen. Requested a pack up breakfast but had to wait over four hours for this to be delivered to ou room. It arrived at 10l5 pm which was rather inconvenient because we had to be away from the hotel by 4.30am. resulting in us not being able to retire early. Had to ask other clients to keep down their party noise, we were booked in room 37
