If the customer service was improved then this would be a brilliant hotel, the rooms were very clean and the staff helpful, the leisure centre was excellent as well, Bar staff really good generally it just lacked a little sparkle of personnal attention |

Although the communioal areas of the hotel are fantastic, and there are numerous bars and restaurants, the rooms themselves are in need of modernisation. |
