There was nothing substantially wrong - it is just very dated decor and in need of a refresh. Staff were friendly, loaction was good and breakfast was fine...but overall not great value for money. |

Being refurbished but not much going on whilst I was there. Tiny shower and the cold water ran very hot for a while until it finally went cold. Food was good but it really needs some upgrading. Expensive for what is in the room but a good location. |

The breakfast were excellent but watch out for the cost of drinks at the bar, very limited parking behind the hotel and an expensive NCP car park nearby. |

Location is good as the hotel is just a short walk through a gated park to the city centre. But the staff seem inexperienced or just not bothered. Breakfast was late and mostly cold. Rooms weren't cleaned unless a request was made to the front desk. Bathroom was poorly maintained and water temperature unpredictable. No in-room information at all about the hotel, surrounding area, meal times, etc. Not a great experience. |

The hotel is in the middle of a refit / refurb, this was maybe reflected in the reasonable price, it will be a fine hotel when all work is complete. Staff friendly and very helpful, location excelent, only a 5 minute stroll through a park to the shops and bars. Only downside was we were kept awake due to the very thin ceilings / floors! |
