I think I was upgraded because my apartment was huge. I was so happy, because so many London hotel rooms are practically storage closets. It was bright, airy, comfortable, modern, and attractive. The only downside was that it had zero sound insulation from the street outside. I actually had to buy ear plugs because I couldn't stay asleep. The staff was very helpful, staying late to check me in when I got stuck on the tube, and bringing me a drying rack for my clothes when I couldn't figure out the dryer. There are many places to eat, drink, and buy groceries nearby and the tube is super close. I really enjoyed staying here. |

Great location and the rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. No instructions for the airconditioning and needed a science degree to finally work the remote to get them going. |

I informed the owner that I would check in after 6pm and was assured that someone would be there to meet me. I turned up at 6:30 and no one was there. It took me 45 mins to get into the appartment after numerous phone calls which caused me to be late for a business meeting, the appartment had not been cleaned and I had to wait for fresh bedding and towels. The inside of the appartment was nice (once it had been cleaned) but I would not recommend the area to a loan female or a family as it felt rather threatening |
