This luxury apartment is walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the popular Millennium Centre, Mermaid Quay and Techniquest attractions, which form the heart of Cardiff Bay especially good for eating and drinking. The added benefit is the proximity to the city centre 15 minutes walk. Two double bedrooms main with en-suite and double sofa bed in lounge for extra guests! This apartment has upgraded specifications such as under floor heating and it comes with large "wrap around" balcony with fabulous water views. The apartment has dedicated car parking.

As the third bedroom was the lounge with a bed setee, there should be curtains or blinds fitted to the windows, as there are none at all. The same as the main bedroom. The blinds need to be full length, as when lying in bed, you can see the people in the next apartment.
