Although the room was non-smoking, the room still had a bad smoking odour to it. Wasn't a very nice place to stay and was a bit embarrassed when I got to the room! I'd have stayed there as like a group of lads, but we spent the entire night in the hotel, it wasn't just used as a place to sleep and leave our bags. The room was tiny aswell. Felt a bit dirty when I left and got straight in the shower as soon as I got home.

My stay was OK, but, there were a few things that I wasn't happy about. There was a lot of noise in the middle of the night, actually from 10:30 in the night till about 3:00 am from people staying in the rooms next to me. It was very disturbing, plus the room was very cold, though on asking about it on the 3rd day at the reception I was given a portable heater, which was a good thing.

the room i6tself offered little comfort. i stayed here a couple of years back and my stay was far more relaxing. this time round there was constant noise such as shouting, doors banging etc. The room looked very dated. the bed wasnt very comfortable and seemed small fo a double. the bathroom floor wasnt very clean. i was er dissappointed in all honesty

loved the Christmas tree in Sept gave it a very special feel... Got what i paid for - perfect.
