Located in a Victorian property on Rutland Terrace, overlooking the beach and Scarborough’s North Bay, Phoenix Court offers 15 ensuite rooms, a bar, sea-view lounge, dining room and guests’ car park. We offer a warm welcome and a very friendly base for your stay in Scarborough - an excellent location from which to explore the wider North Yorkshire area.
All rooms are designed with guests' comfort in mind. Sea view rooms feature amazingly comfortable super king size or twin beds and have beautiful views over the North Bay. A spacious and comfy ground floor room is available.

By Road: Royal Albert Drive is the coast road that runs around the North Bay. About half way along (near the barrier) turn right up the cliffs into Albert Road. Turn left and then first left again onto Queens Parade. Follow the road round as it turns into Rutland Terrace. Phoenix Court is the last hotel and has a car park to the side. By Public Transport: From the railway station, follow Northway to the traffic lights. Turn right onto Victoria Road. Go straight through the traffic lights, over the roundabout onto Castle Road. Take third turning left and then right onto Rutland Terrace. Phoenix Court is on the right hand side.

Very pleasant stay, Room was of a good standard, staff very helpful, particularly in enabling me to have early breakfast so as to make a business meeting on time! Would recommend the hotel, and would be very happy to stay there again.
